Here at the Orchard our family has been rocked by the recent changes brought about by this pandemic. At first we felt scared and very uncomfortable by the sudden drop in our business. As we struggled by adapting with the changes as they happened we attempted to keep our business a float. Unfortunately, we had some dark days filled with doubt and fear as we are sure many of you have dealt with as well. Our hearts missed the sight of happy travelers coming to stay with us and the steady flow of future reservations. We had hit a bottom to our business life as we knew it and the unknown future was overwhelming.
The Silver Lining
However during this time we have found a silver lining, a way to keep our spirits up as we await our guests returning. There are some new features to our B&B that we are sure you are going to love. We now serve a hand held homemade breakfast in bed to every guest. You will enjoy a more relaxing check-in still starting at 4 pm but no end time so you can arrive at your leisure knowing your room or cottage are waiting for you. Check out cottage availability here:

We have been busy planting seeds to grow so you can experience a farm to table dinning experience. Just this week we have planted over 300 seeds! Our goal is to provide farm fresh eggs as well. Still fighting
Our doors remain open to weary travelers and those looking for a safe respite at this time. For now, we are also offering a safe quarantine space for those directly impacted by the virus. Our private cottages allow for zero contact and a comfortable healing retreat space. The main house is closed to reduce foot traffic inside and we’ve also adopted some more strict cleaning guidelines for after each guest leaves.
